1. Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Skincare products, body garments and cosmetics.

2. Returnable Items:

• Defective products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for a refund or exchange.

3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

• Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment.
